![]() ![]() It will be a shame to go back to my slower machine just to get work done faster and then change to the new machine to do my 3D Rhino renderings with the high resolution screen that is standard on most all laptops today. Obviously, it will change the settings on the other programs on your pc. ![]() This must be an industry wide issue and is probably costing the community millions of dollars of lost man hours. You may change the size of toolbar in 'Control Panel' > 'Display'. Changing settings in windows does nothing but make all my other engineering programs look and run different. All toolbars on top are OK but these toolbars that "Float" are so small they are hardly usable. These toolbars speed up my work greatly and I feel frustrated learning to use another method of accomplishing my tasks. Now my screen looks normal and all up to speed except the toolbars that I open, such as OBJECT_SNAP, and dock on the side of my screen. I solved one problem of 1/3 my screen not showing the drawing by turning off graphics acceleration by using GRAPHICSCONFIG. Float Changes the toolbar from docked to floating. Enter New Position Sets the position of the toolbar in columns and rows relative to a toolbar dock. Increase the percentage on the menu 'Change the size of text, apps, and other items.' Notes: It may be necessary to log out and then back in to Windows (or reboot) to fully effect the change. Bottom Docks the specified toolbar at the bottom of the screen. Solution: Increase the display scale setting in Windows: Right-click the desktop and choose Display Settings. Your not alone and I have the same problem.
